• Engagement Sales (1.) To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current account by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities.
• (2.) To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts.
• (3.) To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account.
• (4.) To proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business case for enhanced service offerings.
• (5.) To track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.
