Art Director – Location Dubai Looking for a conceptual thinker — not just a designer for a leading creative comms agency.
Someone who can craft ideas that disrupt, connect culturally and tell stories that stick.
This isn’t just about layouts and logos. It’s about leading projects, shaping ideas, and collaborating with a seriously talented team who believe in doing bold, brave work.
What you’ll be doing:
Developing original, insight-led ideas with minimal oversight Presenting work with confidence and clarity Managing multiple creative projects end-to-end Bringing campaigns to life from concept through production Working alongside strategy, social, and account teams to deliver true creative excellence
You:
Big agency background Strong conceptual chops and presentation skills Fluent in English (Arabic a plus, not essential) Calm under pressure, curious by nature, and collaborative by default
