The Job
We’re on the hunt for a driven, entrepreneurial Talent/Artist Manager to join our growing production team at ZERO. Working closely with a curated roster of talented Directors,Photographers and makers, you’ll champion their careers, secure opportunities, and act as a trusted connector across the creative industries.
This is a growth oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting creative potential, and shaping careers. You’ll be an integral link between our talent and the wider commercial and creative landscape, including—but not limited to—our integrated work with TMC. While collaboration with TMC is encouraged, your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities beyond our internal ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Representing and managing a select group of Directors and Photographers.
- Proactively securing work for talent with brands.
- Maintaining close oversight of each artist’s schedule, needs, and contractual obligations.
- Developing and pitching treatments, reels and creative decks to clients.
- Delivering persuasive, tailored presentations in both formal and informal settings.
- Keeping a pulse on the industry—trends, campaigns, and emerging opportunities.
- Identifying and recruiting emerging talent to expand and diversify our roster.
- When needed, attending events, screenings and industry gatherings.
- Supporting and organising talent showcases and screenings with our wider team.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar talent, sales, or creative production role.
- An existing network of agency and brand contacts in the UK commercial space.
- Confident communicator and persuasive presenter, with a sharp commercial instinct.
- Deep knowledge of the UK agency ecosystem and how commercials get made.
- Proven experience in building decks, curating reels, and pitching creative work.
- A passion for film, photography and emerging creative talent.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Collaborative mindset—equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience representing Directors, DOPs or Photographers.
- Understanding of production processes and workflows.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, producers, creative directors or commissioners.
This role would require 2x days per week initially.
