About The Job
The Marketing team at Omaze is responsible for the growth and development of the UK business. The Assistant Creative Director will play a key role in overseeing the creation and execution of compelling content for TV, digital, and social media platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand message is effectively communicated, maximizing engagement, impact and performance.

Art Direction and Team Leadership:
- In conjunction with Creative Director, provide strong Art Direction and guidance to a team of creative professionals including, designers, videographers, editors and other creative specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
- Ensure the highest quality of creative output by providing detailed feedback, recommendations, and direction
Content Development and Execution:
- In conjunction with the Brand Lead and Social Lead, conceptualise, plan, and execute creative campaigns for TV and social media platforms, with a focus on visual storytelling, engagement and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production and communications, to develop captivating and impactful content for these channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity across all creative assets.
- Design, Visual Communication, and Art Direction:
- Provide Art Direction for TV and social media content, guiding the overall visual direction and ensuring the highest level of visual impact and aesthetic quality.
- In conjunction with the Creative Director, oversee the creation of visually stunning and impactful films that effectively communicate Omaze's storytelling and brand message
- Review and approve all creative assets, including TV and Radio commercials, Winner and Charity Reveal films, PR Launch and Close films, Winner and Charity Circle Back Films, Social Media assets and printed materials
Project Management:
- Manage multiple creative projects for TV commercials and social media simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with production teams and freelancers, ensuring consistent quality and brand representation in these specific channels.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Creativity and the initiative to develop new ideas and concepts through to completion
- Strong art direction capability, with the skill to inspire and motivate marketing and creative teams
- Positive and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye and ear for detail
- Project management skills and can work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest and understanding of TV advertising and social media content

Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders - this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
Final stage interview with one of our Execs.
On average, our hiring process takes around 3-4 weeks after your initial screening call.
