This role spans all three campuses which have varied and complex assets and ensures that these are safe, compliant, and well maintained in support of the University’s Estates Strategy.This role will suit exceptional candidates with a track record of managing large diverse estates through both in-house operational teams and outsourced contracts. You will be adept at prioritising and providing an exceptional customer service all within budget. To be a success in the role, we are seeking an individual with outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills, and who is results focused and customer-centric in approach.
