As our Assistant Director of Assets, youll play a key role in helping us provide this for families in Gloucestershire and the surrounding area. You will lead on the development and delivery of ambitious asset management and net zero strategies making sure that out tenants remain at the heart of the decisions you make. As a member of our leadership team, youll act as the technical advisor for all things assets including management, maintenance, energy improvement work, surveying and compliance. Youll support the Head of Assets and the Head of Compliance in delivering customer-focussed services and developing a culture that values diversity and supports our grow our own approach to learning and development.
