We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Assistant Director (AD) of People, Culture & Communications. This newly created role is pivotal to supporting our transformation agenda and building a high-performing, values-led organisation.
What the role will include: As AD of People, Culture & Communications, you will: Provide strategic leadership across HR, organisational design and development, learning & development, talent management, wellbeing, and communications.
Champion the ongoing development and enhancement of our People and Communications functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Embed a systemic approach to culture, colleague experience, and wellbeing.
Oversee strategic internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
Advise the Executive and Senior Leadership Group on people, culture, and communications matters.
About you: Were looking for an inspiring leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery. Youll bring: Extensive senior-level experience in HR, leading strategy and transformation
Strong background in organisational design and development, talent, L&D, and wellbeing
Proven ability to drive People and Comms initiatives
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
