Position: Assistant Director - Property Services Salary: £56,000 rising to £64,368 per annum Location: South East England (with hybrid working options) Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Closing Date: 13th October 2025 About the Role This is a pivotal leadership role within a well-established social housing provider and charity, offering supported accommodation and services to vulnerable individuals. As Assistant Director - Property Services, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of property services across a diverse portfolio of residential, office, and retail spaces. You'll be responsible for ensuring full compliance with housing regulations, health and safety legislation, and building safety standards. This includes overseeing planned and responsive maintenance, asset management, and facilities services.
