Job Description
- Lead and manage HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.

- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies in all HR processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversee the implementation of HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Support the development of a high-performance culture through effective talent development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Director - Talent & HR Operations should have:
- Extensive experience in human resources within the property industry or related fields.
- A proven track record of managing HR operations in a large organisation.
