Job Description

• Lead and manage HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies in all HR processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals in Abu Dhabi.
• Oversee the implementation of HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Support the development of a high-performance culture through effective talent development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director - Talent & HR Operations should have:

• Extensive experience in human resources within the property industry or related fields.
• A proven track record of managing HR operations in a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Abu Dhabi.
