PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £35k- £45k depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
This role will be internally mapped as Business Coordinator.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
- Communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Manage a high-volume, fast-paced diary, balancing shifting priorities to maximise time.
- Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure forward planning is efficient and effective.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning diary demands with business priorities.
- Support live broadcast environments by staying calm under pressure and prioritising tasks quickly.
- Provide proactive, solutions-focused support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Represent the team with professionalism, approachability, and a can-do attitude - delivering and managing travel and accommodation plans for the team, organising and running meetings and presentations, both in person and virtually and drafting the monthly newsletter and raising payments
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume, fast-paced diary for a senior leader.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts and plan ahead effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of handling confidential information professionally.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Confident in liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, aligning diary priorities with business needs.
