Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Associate Director to join our Liverpool office. This senior leadership role will focus on driving growth within our tax practice, leading client engagements, and developing a high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax advisory services while helping clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow a portfolio of tax clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic insight.
  • Provide expert technical tax advice and commercially focused solutions across a variety of sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and promotion of Xeinadin's services.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning, with a focus on revenue and profit growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, aligning them with Xeinadin's values and standards.
  • Oversee workflow planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Continuously review and improve internal processes and practices to raise efficiency and quality.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Key Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical expertise in UK tax advisory and compliance.
  • JIEB qualification or experience with complex restructuring (desirable).
  • Experience managing large, complex client portfolios with significant revenue potential (desirable).
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a tax-focused client portfolio.
  • Experienced leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a team.
