Overview The Opportunity: Identity Consult is a leading Development Consultancy operating throughout the North of England offering Project Management, Quantity Surveying, BIM Leader, Development Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services across a number of sectors. Our continued growth has created opportunities in our Sunderland based Project Management team to work on some of the largest projects across the North East of England. Responsibilities Responsible for leading delivery of major projects for local government / education / health / commercial, and potentially housing clients. Will manage Consultant / Assistant Consultants under them. Business development experience preferred. MRICS preferred but not essential. Experience

Local Government Health – NHS / P22 experience preferable. Education Commercial Private or Affordable BIM experience would be useful.
