Associate Director - Accountancy & Finance recruitment – London

Salary: £75,000 + excellent bonus & benefits

This is a true 'step-up' opportunity for an experienced manager within accountancy and finance recruitment. You will take on a leadership role with genuine P&L responsibility and manage other managers in a specialist financial recruitment firm with a strong market reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accountancy & finance recruitment function, including management of other managers.
• Provide strategic leadership and drive business growth, with P&L accountability.
• Inspire confidence, mentor team members, and support career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accountancy and finance (agency) recruitment is essential.
