The division consolidates all marketing, communications, engagement and event activity into one team, enabling strong connectivity and improved effectiveness.The newly shaped Brand and Engagement function within BMR will operate as a strategic and creative hub, responsible for building a distinctive, authentic and trusted brand that connects with the community, future students and other key stakeholder groups. Through integrated brand planning, storytelling, partnerships and engagement, this team ensures the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully across all channel and experience.Key areas of responsibility include:Brand strategy, planning and campaignsContent and social mediaCreative servicesCentral eventsAbout the opportunityLead the evolution of an Iconic Western Australian brand, driving strategic initiatives that strengthen reputation, engagement and long-term growth across diverse audiences.Inspire and empower a multidisciplinary team spanning brand, content, social, creative and engagement functions to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to shape integrated brand communications and partnerships that enhance visibility, impact and alignment with organisational priorities.About youRelevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business, marketing or demonstrated equivalent competency.Extensive experience in leading the development of brand strategies in large, complex organisations.Extensive experience and skills in developing and executing brand strategy delivery across brand experience touchpoints including digital platforms and channels for bespoke storytelling.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance and personal growth.Demonstrated understanding of relevant marketing laws, the regulatory landscape, and experience in compliance and risk management within marketing processes.Demonstrated experience of contributing to, and leading teams through organisational change and transformation maintaining outputs and motivation through ambiguity.Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.Please apply online via the Apply Now button.
