Our client, a dynamic and design-focused engineering practice, has recently launched their new Bristol office - and the foundations are already strong. With a proven track record in glass, façade, and specialist steelwork structures, they are now looking for an ambitious structural engineer to lead and grow this key area of the business.
This is more than a technical role - it's a leadership opportunity. You'll take charge of high-profile, architecturally driven projects, mentor a growing team, and work directly with directors to expand the office's influence and reach. The vision is clear: to build a centre of excellence in façade and structural design in the South West, with you at the heart of it.
About you:
A strong background in structural engineering, with a deep interest or specialism in glass and façade design
The drive and independence to lead projects, nurture client relationships, and develop business opportunities
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to take initiative in a small but growing team environment
