This role is ideal for a chartered surveyor looking to step into a senior leadership position, working on project-led commercial schemes across the North West and beyond.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

Job Overview
- Leading a range of building surveying projects in the commercial sector
- Managing and developing client accounts and frameworks
- Overseeing a team of surveyors and graduates, ensuring technical delivery and development
- Supporting the regional director in business development and team management
- Contributing to internal quality assurance and best practices
Job Requirements
- Chartered (MRICS) or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in commercial project delivery
- Leadership or team management experience
- Excellent communication and business development skills
- Based within commuting distance of Manchester
