Role & Responsibilities

Deliver contract administration on a range of projects Undertake due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for investors and developers Mentor and support junior colleagues as the team continues to grow Oversee project monitoring for live developments across the region Act on behalf of both landlords and tenants in dilapidations matters.Required Skills & Experience

MRICS-qualified Proven experience delivering development monitoring and technical due diligence 5+ years' post-qualification experience Track record of leading instructions and maintaining client relationships.What you get back
