Our client is looking to appoint an Associate Director - Building Surveying to lead and grow their team in Shrewsbury. As part of a 270-strong national consultancy with 8 offices, this role offers a clear route into senior leadership within a business that values innovation, technical excellence, and team development.
You will be delivering and overseeing a range of project-led commercial schemes, managing key client relationships, and supporting wider business development.

Job Overview
- Leading high-value commercial sector projects from feasibility through to completion
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business growth
- Overseeing junior and senior surveyors within the team
- Supporting regional leadership and participating in strategic planning
- Ensuring technical quality and compliance across all project work
Job Requirements
- MRICS status advantageous but not essential if qualified via experience
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
