As part of our expansion in the UK, we seek an Associate Director of Building Surveying to grow our offering in Yorkshire and the North. The role involves working closely with the Head of Building Surveying and other directors to deliver business growth and maintain high standards.
You should have experience leading consultancy teams, managing and delivering building surveying services, developing client relationships, and managing high-profile projects. Leadership skills for developing teams across multiple sites are essential.
Your Purpose
- Lead part of the building surveying team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development.
- Ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
- Manage key projects and client relationships.
- Lead new business proposals and collaborate on marketing.
- Work with other service streams to provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery, building client confidence.
- Drive repeat business and new opportunities.
- Manage and mentor teams, conducting performance reviews and providing leadership.
What You Can Bring
- Relevant construction qualification and professional membership (MRICS/FRICS).
- Proven track record in generating opportunities and winning work.
- Experience managing projects through their lifecycle.
- Motivated, proactive approach.
- Knowledge of the Building Surveying and Consultancy Services market.
- Leadership experience from project inception to completion.
- Client management skills.
- Ability to engage at senior levels and promote the business.
- Mobility and driving license.
