You will play a vital role in business development and civil engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad. We specialize in all aspects of civil engineering across sectors such as Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Water. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. If you are passionate about this industry, we would love to talk to you. We currently have opportunities in our Manchester office. Your Purpose:
Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high quality. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals. Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and programmes. Work closely with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions. Establish quality assurance standards in design. Grow, develop, and manage heavy civil engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
Chartered Civil Engineer. Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design. Knowledge of external works design such as utilities, surfaces, earthworks, access, logistics, and UK standards.
