You'll play a vital role in every aspect of business development and civil engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct teams undertaking technical design work to high-quality standards, following all relevant design codes and regulations.
Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
Manage time and budgets effectively to meet key project milestones and programmes.
Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Set and uphold quality assurance standards in design delivery.
Grow, develop, and manage heavy civil engineering capability within the practice.
Job Requirements:
Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng).
Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary design delivery.
Extensive knowledge in external works design, including utilities, paved and unpaved surfaces, earthworks, access and accessibility, and construction logistics
