HOURS:Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at your local office.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Commercial Banking Coverage (CBC) Development within Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) - Commercial Banking Coverage, where you can play a key role in shaping the future of our Relationship Management channel by supporting critical client move activities, optimizing our operating model and delivering enablers that drive growth and efficiency for our client facing teams.

The CBC Development team sits within Commercial Banking Coverage Direct, which is a remote relationship channel, which proactively supports clients and helps them to grow, but this role will work at an enterprise level across both CBC and BCB as required. Our small team are enabled by colleagues who feel empowered, can test new ways of working, operate at pace and can deliver great client and colleague outcomes. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal growth and professional advancement.
