SALARY: Starting from £65,385, depending on experience

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week at your local office.

We’re seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Banking Coverage (CBC) Development within Business and Commercial Banking (BCB). You will play a key role in shaping our Relationship Management channel by supporting client move activities, optimizing our operating model, and delivering growth enablers.

The CBC Development team supports clients and helps them grow, working across CBC and BCB as needed. Our team is empowered, innovative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering excellent outcomes. This role offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What you'll do:

• Support client move activities and business initiatives, aligning with our target operating model and strategic plans.
• Represent the CBC business, influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across BCB and Group.
• Communicate priorities effectively, shaping actions and plans through proposals, business cases, and presentations.
• Be curious, tenacious, and adaptable to achieve great outcomes for the business.

What you’ll need

Proactive, adaptable, and capable of delivering at a national level with a client and colleague-centric approach.

• Effective Communication: Excellent skills to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Business Knowledge: Understanding of CBC/BCB clients, colleagues, and processes is helpful.
• Written & Presentation Skills: Ability to simplify complex matters, e.g., PowerPoint.
• Organization: Strong skills to manage priorities, plan, and deliver.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data in Excel and translate into insights.
• Organizational Awareness: Navigate stakeholders and think strategically at an enterprise level.
