Associate Director CRE Facility Agent, London

Salary circa £85,000 +

We are actively looking to speak with Commercial Real Estate Facility Agents who are considering a move and meet the criteria suggested below. Ideally those already embedded in the facility agency world and working for one of the key players within this niche corner of the market.

The CRE Facility Agent role will involve managing a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans from drawdown through to redemption.

This involves working with Credit Admin to ensure timely and accurate servicing of a portfolio of loans for institutional clients.

The Associate Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust processes, timely communication and compliance with industry regulations.

Duties:

Overall you will be managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans where we act as Facility Agent and/or Security Agent. You will work closely with our legal team, reviewing finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
