We are delighted to be partnering with one of our repeat consultancy clients who are looking for an Associate Director to join their Project Management Team. Candidates need to have a track record of working on complex Hotel Refurbishments.

Candidates must have a proven track record delivering 4* or 5* Hotel complex refurbishment projects and ideally have knowledge or have previously worked on Listed Buildings.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

JCT Contract Administration experience Have carried out the role of Employers Agent Be able to demonstrate working in a "live environment" Hotels experience ideally in 4*/5* MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Highly desirable or keen to become chartered. Experience working for a Built Enviornment Consultancy, Hotelier or Developer

This role will be based in central London, with occasional travel to the site. Candidates will be expected to work full-time in office, with some degree of flexibility post-probation.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £90,000 plus benefits to include generous annual leave, private pension, bonus, life assurance and clear progression routes.
