Our Legal Management Consulting team is seeking an Associate Director with proven consulting experience to deliver high-quality advisory services in a market disrupted by GenAI. There are significant opportunities for in-house legal teams to improve productivity and reduce costs, and for law firms to adapt to new service delivery models as GenAI displaces traditional efforts. Deloitte is uniquely positioned to support both sides of this market transition.

Assignments will cover the full spectrum of the legal market, focusing on the impact of GenAI. The role involves assessing strategic opportunities, transformation, operational improvements, and evolving service models in law firms. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

• Focus on delivering strategy, transformation, and operational projects driven by GenAI.
• Lead projects or workstreams within larger programs, delivering operational redesign and transformation for major clients.
