Note that you must be able to go into the office at least 2 days a week.Your job as Associate Director will involve:Explaining everything confidently, from communications strategy to budgets, to clients (healthcare organisations, patient groups, pharma companies, etc).Designing and implementing corporate, consumer healthcare marketing and communications campaigns, then ensuring your team delivers on time and budget, demonstrating your managerial and leadership skills.Looking ahead to create further revenue generating ideas and understanding the clients’ planning processes.Working with briefs and understanding the brand strategy for over the counter drugs, with a working knowledge of the PAGB.To be considered, you will have:A good 5 - 7 years or more experience working in consumer healthcare PR in an agency.Outstanding people management skills allied to the ability to inspire others.Top level new business winner.Experience providing strategic and tactical direction to a growing media business.This is a full-time, mid-senior level position.
