• Analyze market trends to generate actionable customer insights
• Support brand teams in defining integrated insights and analytics plans
• Lead and develop a high-performing team for scientific events execution
• Establish and implement standards to ensure quality and compliance
• Align global, regional, and local scientific event activities
• Define team deliverables and monitor time management
• Drive strategic projects to enhance productivity and competitiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support service needs and execution

Essential Requirements

• Experience working across diverse cultures and global environments
• Proven success in operations management and execution
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Expertise in process design and optimization
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with regional stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Fluent in English and Japanese with excellent communication skills
