About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Digital Project Managers (DPMs) to deliver high-quality creative content adaptations.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of digital assets through the production process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Allocate resources and manage project timelines, demand forecasting, and prioritization to meet business needs.
- Adapt global master content to comply with local regulatory requirements and market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Medical Writers, Production Partners, and Translation Partners, to ensure effective content localization.
- Manage the content approval process to adhere to strict timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks, maintaining a focus on quality and speed to market.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development within the team to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing, especially digital content creation for healthcare audiences.
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to adapt global content for local markets, ensuring compliance and cultural relevance.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing content quality and driving agency deliverables to meet high standards.
- Experience with omnichannel strategy, including creation of sales aids, web assets, and rep-triggered emails.
- Solid understanding of project prioritization methodologies and PMO approaches, such as RISK and RASCI development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder alignment and timely project delivery.
- Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
