As Associate Director, Content Adaptation, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, localized digital assets that empower our teams and make a real difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities
Lead a team of Digital Project Managers (DPMs) to deliver high-quality creative content adaptations. Oversee the end-to-end management of digital assets through the production process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Allocate resources and manage project timelines, demand forecasting, and prioritization to meet business needs. Adapt global master content to comply with local regulatory requirements and market needs while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Medical Writers, Production Partners, and Translation Partners, to ensure effective content localization. Manage the content approval process to adhere to strict timelines and quality standards. Identify and resolve project roadblocks, maintaining a focus on quality and speed to market. Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development within the team to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing, especially digital content creation for healthcare audiences. Strong project management skills, including timeline management, forecasting, and resource allocation. Proven ability to adapt global content for local markets, ensuring compliance and cultural relevance. Demonstrated expertise in managing content quality and driving agency deliverables to meet high standards. Experience with omnichannel strategy, including creation of sales aids, web assets, and rep-triggered emails. Solid understanding of project prioritization methodologies and PMO approaches, such as RISK and RASCI development. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder alignment and timely project delivery. Fluent in English and Japanese with excellent communication skills.
