York Street has partnered with one of London’s premier construction consultancies to recruit an Associate Director COntract Administrator for their high-performing project management team. This is a rare opportunity to lead major industrial, logistics, and infrastructure developments, overseeing large-scale new-build and redevelopment projects across the UK.

The Role

As Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex industrial, logistics, and infrastructure projects, valued between £50M–£600M, across all RIBA stages. You will work closely with developers, institutional investors, and public sector bodies to deliver high-impact schemes that support the UK’s economic and logistical growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic leadership of multiple high-value industrial and infrastructure projects.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Leading and mentoring teams of Project Managers and Assistant PMs.
  • Managing projects across all RIBA stages, from feasibility through to completion and handover.
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the industrial and infrastructure portfolio.


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong consultancy background with a proven track record in delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, or infrastructure projects.
  • NEC accreditation and hands-on experience managing contracts under NEC forms.
  • Experience across all RIBA stages, ideally within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
  • RICS Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive complex programmes to successful outcomes.
  • A commercially astute and detail-oriented approach, with a passion for shaping the built environment.


The Package

  • Salary: £70,000–£85,000 basic.
