The majority of the team is located in the Brighton office where the opportunity is located. This is a unique and challenging opportunity at an exciting moment in our industry.Line Manager to the Crown Estate & Hydraulic Modelling Teams in our Brighton & Peterborough officesEffective leader to promote and deliver strategy objectivesProject Director on allocated projectsWork with the business development team, making a significant contribution to develop the order portfolio in the Brighton & Peterborough officesProviding sound technical and commercial advice to project teamsMember of the AG Management team and jointly responsible for the overall performance of the AGProvide strategic leadership to your teamGuide your team to excellent financial managementWork with the business development and sector directors to develop order and sales portfolioProvide best in practice people managementQualifications & ExperienceYou will have a proven ability to effectively lead teams and influence at senior levels. You will be able to demonstrate a sound technical and commercial awareness with your background showing the following:Relevant degree level qualificationA track record of success within hydraulic modelling or infrastructure organisations in a leadership role managing teams of technical staff to deliver a portfolio of projectsAbility to recognise and foster the required relationships in order to position the businessExtensive experience in the maritime and infrastructure sectorsEffective and proven leadership skillsAbility to influence, convince and partner with key internal stakeholders and colleagues to achieve broader collaboration and shared strategy goalsDesirableExperience in hydraulic modelling or experience in the marine minerals marketWhat we can offer youAmbitious.
