Cyber M&A Associate Director Are you keen to work Aon's Global Risk Consulting practice in our specialist Cyber Risk team based in London? Are you keen to deliver a variety of projects that include Cyber Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, Portfolio Management and Capability Optimisation? If so then we'd love to hear from you in connection with this exciting new role that will give you exposure to some of Aon's most prestigious M&A clients! This role is based in London but comes with hybrid working. What the day will look like Within your role, you will be responsible for delivering cyber risk advisory services that include:
Supporting the M&A Cyber Risk consulting business in providing cyber security services to the global M&A market Collaborating with M&A Cybersecurity Risk advisory and Aon Mergers & Acquisition & Transaction Solutions (AMATS) management in driving projects Support in achieving project budgets and client deliverables Continue to improve the solutions and professional practices of the team Support client engagements across UK and EMEA Supporting development initiatives across the region Understanding and anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding of cyber risks across numerous industries (e.g. finance and insurance, IT and technology, infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, etc.) Understand and apply quality assurance standards to all project work

With exposure to leading Private Equity and Corporate M&A clients, and the chance to collaborate with seasoned transaction experts, you'll be empowered to drive cybersecurity optimisation and deliver tangible value across both deal and holding periods. Experience in consulting in fast-paced environments Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls Broad Cyber knowledge across multiple domains with a specialism in one or more areas Cyber experience within multiple industry verticals Experience and/or understanding of M&A and Private Equity Commercial awareness and adaptability combined with outstanding project management and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to relay technical findings to both technical and non-technical personnel Experience with OT, IT, SDLC, or Cloud Experience in project management, resource planning, and team development
