The Role
We seek a dynamic security leader to join Kyndryl’s CISO organization, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The candidate will lead organizational change initiatives, including communication and education efforts across Kyndryl globally. Responsibilities include managing senior communications, policy development, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity education programs. The role requires proven leadership in organizational change management and program delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for new CISO programs.
- Oversee security communications to all employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including CISO leadership, CIO Practices, and Cyber Legal & Privacy teams.
- Report to the Governance, Education, and Communications lead under Kyndryl CISO.
Who You Are
You have extensive experience in organizational change and cybersecurity, a growth mindset, customer focus, and inclusivity. You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams globally.
Required skills and experience include:
- 5+ years in organizational change management
- 5+ years in cybersecurity
- Leadership in driving organizational change
- Expertise in data management, communication, and education programs
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Experience managing senior professionals and cross-geography teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CCSP, GIAC
- Experience advising C-suite executives
- Familiarity with emerging security technologies like AI/ML, zero trust, secure remote access
