We’re hiring an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of high-impact client engagements, shape governance strategy, and develop a best-in-class consulting team.The Opportunity Join a high-growth consultancy at the forefront of data, AI, and cloud transformation. As a senior member of the Data & AI Governance practice, you’ll combine strategic leadership, delivery oversight, and subject matter expertise to help clients unlock value and manage risk in a fast-evolving landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of Data & AI Governance engagementsProvide expert advisory across governance frameworks, policy, compliance, and operating modelsTranslate business challenges into structured programmes of workOversee financial performance across your portfolio (utilisation, margin, revenue)Support business development, pre-sales, and capability planningMentor and develop consultants across the governance capabilityContribute to IP development, frameworks, and thought leadershipEngage confidently with executive-level stakeholders across multiple sectorsWhat You Bring10+ years in Data Governance, Information Governance, or related disciplines3–5 years in a leadership role with delivery, commercial, and people responsibilitiesProven experience designing and implementing governance models and controlsStrong understanding of relevant regulations (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act, etc.)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsComfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on deliveryExperience contributing to commercial decision-making and team growthCertifications such as CDMP or DAMA are a plusWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-performing teams and repeatable client successMeasurable impact across multiple governance engagementsRecognised subject matter expertise, internally and externallyAchievement of portfolio-level financial KPIsScalable IP and frameworks in use across the practice
