The Opportunity FRP Corporate Finance is a team of ~100 professionals, including 21 partners, operating across the UK. In any given year, the team closes c.85 transactions, with a strong focus on private equity-backed businesses. Our Debt Advisory team plays a critical role in delivering tailored financing solutions to clients across a wide range of sectors.

Following a period of sustained growth, we are seeking a high-performing Associate Director to join our award-winning Debt Advisory team. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver complex financing strategies, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continued expansion of our practice.

The Role As an Associate Director, you will take a lead role in managing and executing debt advisory mandates, while also contributing to business development and client relationship management.
