This role will take a leading position in their Design for Management offering – a key strategic function that ensures operational excellence is embedded into commercial developments from the earliest stages.

This is a unique opportunity for a property management professional with strong experience in multi-let office buildings to work at the forefront of development consultancy, mobilisation, and operational input across prime Central London assets.

The Role The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of Design for Management, providing expert guidance to clients, developers, and internal teams on how to design and deliver office assets that are operationally efficient, cost-effective, and occupier-focused.
