Associate Director, Development and Alumni Relations — Nottingham Trent University

This post is initially for 12 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Define the University’s fundraising and alumni priorities and approach in collaboration with the executive team.
- Develop pragmatic and effective fundraising strategies to engage and leverage our 250,000+ alumni around the world.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in fundraising and alumni relations; train and embed best practices across the team.
- Lead end-to-end philanthropy plans to secure major gifts and deliver impactful results.
- Refresh alumni engagement with innovative and sustainable methods to build two-way relationships that strengthen the University’s brand and fundraising outcomes.

Our award-winning Department of Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing and Student Recruitment (CAMS) engages key audiences including prospective students to support NTU’s recruitment targets and drive NTU’s reputation and brand.
