As Associate Director of Evidence Generation, you’ll lead the development of innovative, non-interventional studies and Real-World Evidence programs that influence global healthcare decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, fit-for-purpose evidence that supports access, adoption, and optimal use of Novartis medicines. This is your opportunity to reimagine how evidence drives patient outcomes and regulatory success and make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions.About The RoleResponsibilitiesLead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence PlansDevelop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publicationsEnsure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretationEngage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groupsRepresent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studiesSupport development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generationStay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teamsEssential RequirementsAdvanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred5+ years experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generationStrong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologiesProven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiencesDemonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environmentsExcellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skillsWhy NovartisOur purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
