The team balances hybrid working with an inclusive, supportive environment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Executive in TRS, you could be involved in all types of work looking at the things that drive a company’s performance or strategies to turn it around or restructure it. You may be analysing financial forecasts and preparing reports on your findings, interviewing client teams, or executing restructuring procedures. Depending on the size and type of project, you may be part of a large project team or lead a team / part of a team yourself, with support from peers and senior team members. You’ll be active in establishing and nurturing relationships – both inside EY with different specialist teams across the firm, and externally with client staff or junior lawyers – as relationship-building is an important and valued skill in TRS.
