Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director in Acoustics, your role will include:
* Technical Leadership: Oversee and deliver complex acoustic projects, ensuring technical excellence. * Business Development: Cultivate client relationships and identify growth opportunities. * Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of acoustics professionals, fostering development and high performance. * Project Oversight: Conduct noise, vibration, and environmental impact assessments across varied sectors. * Client Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact, delivering bespoke, cost-effective solutions. * Site Work: Conduct on-site assessments and oversee technical documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
To thrive as an Associate Director in Acoustics, you will need:
* A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. * Membership in a professional body such as the Institute of Acoustics (IOA). * Proven expertise in noise and vibration consultancy across sectors. * Strong team leadership and client relationship skills. * Proficiency with acoustic modeling tools and analysis software.
