About the role:

Reporting to the CFO, the Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic role that combines vision with technical expertise to influence decision-making.

The Associate Director FP&A is a key member of the finance leadership team, leading the development and enhancement of our FP&A functions, ensuring solid financial planning, reporting, and insights to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and leaders on strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the FP&A team, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare materials for stakeholders, presenting complex info clearly.
• Manage the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan processes, including KPI-driven modeling.
• Develop financial models for forecasts and scenarios.
• Enhance finance processes and systems, supporting analytics and predictive modeling.
• Foster a culture of ownership and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships within RTX and Raytheon.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team for succession planning.
