My Client, a UK focused bank, seek an individual with Fund Finance (and, ideally, speciality finance) experience, to join their broader Structured Finance/Wholesale Finance team.

Responsibilities :

• Drive the establishment of the Bank as a key player in the NAV and Fund Finance space
• To originate, structure and execute new debt facilities in line with targets for the division. This can be across both Wholesale and Fund Finance
• Drive origination activities to build a pipeline of new business opportunities and promote the brand across the speciality and fund finance market.
• Develop an origination network across advisors, lawyers, P/E sponsors.
• Attend and participate in relevant industry events to strengthen the profile of the team.
• Assist in the portfolio management, monitoring, coverage and reporting of facilities once completed. This involves assessing amendments, restructures and enhancement to facilities already in place
