OverviewAssociate Director (Group Account Director) role to oversee and direct client teams across all activity, uphold day-to-day processes, ensure high-quality output, maintain client relationships for satisfaction and retention, and identify opportunities for account growth. The role blends internal team management with external client management to build Coolr’s relationships and reputation.ResponsibilitiesKeep up to date with all client account activities to ensure efficient processes and consistently delivered quality output.Manage Account Directors to provide support, tools, and information needed to succeed.Mentor junior team members, leading by example.Work with Account Directors to ensure monthly and quarterly reporting is thorough and accurate.Build and maintain relationships with senior clients.Identify growth opportunities for client accounts.Ensure efficient and sustainable resourcing on client accounts.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in processes.Be responsible for budget management and have a detailed overview of all commercial activities on accounts.Contribute to new business and pitch activities.What we are looking forSocial First Agency experience in a senior leadership role (Group Account Director or above).Commercially minded with experience managing profitability and identifying growth opportunities.Strong strategic acumen across account planning, brand strategy, and creative storytelling.Extensive and credible knowledge of the industry and latest trends.Approachable and proactive in mentoring junior team members.Builds strong, transparent relationships with senior clients and agency partners.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume agency environments.Passionate about quality output and able to adapt to business needs.A Coolr OfferA benchmarked salary reflective of experience and aligned with salary bandings.
