As an Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion the healthcare practice — working alongside company founders to share growth strategy, lead projects, inspire teams, manage client relationships, and convert new business. Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in a research agency or consulting environment, with a healthcare/pharma focus.
  • Proven leadership of project teams, clients, and delivering complex international projects.
  • Comfortable working across qual, quant, or mixed methods, with a passion for integrated approaches.
  • Strong commercial interest and appetite to support senior leadership
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in an independent, fast-growing consultancy.
