Proven track record in the delivery of significant and measurable value within all roles undertaken through effective team leadership, operational and strategic implementation, and stakeholder relationship management.Key Skills:Technical Civil Engineering Expertise in Highways, Infrastructure and Urban Regeneration Masterplanning projects.Coordination and development of multidisciplinary teams towards the achievement of KPIs.Operational Management: development and implementation of business systems to optimise cost effectiveness.Project / programme management: end to end delivery of business solutions and process improvements.Financial management: costing (material and operational), valuation, price list production, and forecasting.Resource Management: leading the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the Civil Engineering project portfolio.Development and implementation of solutions; tailored to the bespoke requirements of the client / project.Business Development and Work Winning for multi-disciplined projects.Effective engagement and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Professional RequirementsChartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years' experience in Highways and Infrastructure projects.Core Capabilities - Demonstratable Track Record in the Design of the following:Highways Geometric Design - DMRBInfrastructure and Public RealmDrainage and SuDsEarthworksUtilities - Spatial PlanningUtilities DiversionsPlanning ApprovalsTechnical Approvals #J-18808-Ljbffr
