For more information, please visit www.teamwass.com.A key role within our Motorsport team, responsible for supporting in the development and implementation of events, hospitality programmes and brand experiences, at and away from the track, with support of junior team members. You will act as day-to-day lead for the client and agency team and will report directly to the Director, Motorsports Hospitality.What You Will Be DoingGeneral account responsibilities include:Support in the curation and lead on delivery of events across key Motorsport accountsSupport the Director, Motorsports Hospitality in overarching planning partnership events and hospitality planning, aligned to client requirements in terms of audience/guest profile, objectives, budget parameters, and performance KPIsDeliver partnership events and hospitality programmes, in conjunction with rights holder and sister agencies, and general account management of suppliers, budget, and client reportingAccountable for project budget management, from building detailed event budgets, live tracking, and post-project reporting to key stakeholdersReporting and evaluation, including interpretation of results and recommendations to clientsSupport in planning and maintain oversight of all events-related deliverables across other areas of partnership activation and account managementEnsuring account team deliver across core partnership management deliverables, including management of merchandise/collateral, contractual asset monitoring and status reporting – ensuring contractual asset usage is maximised and tracked.Driving incremental business opportunities, contribution to the wider Motorsport financial targetsSupporting development and up-skilling junior members of the account team, working closely with Head of Events – Motorsport to identify individual development needsSupporting and where required, leading on new business proposals and joining pitch teams when client briefs require event specialist inputRole-specific Responsibilities IncludeManagement of key relationships with clients, rights holders and suppliersOversee development and delivery of required events and activationsDeliver best-in-class client events and activations, pulling through core client narrative to all touchpointsStrive to meet client KPI’s and ensure activity is effectively measuredWork across additional client programmes and activations as requiredThorough understanding of client budget parametersContinually seek cost-saving measures and opportunitiesPursue opportunities to grow business organicallyMonitor and approve spending of direct reportsManage team members, ensuring that tasks are being completed correctly, efficiently and timelyPromote conflict resolution amongst staff, and recommend and manage solutionsRegular interactions with Director, Motorsport to ensure client goals are managed consistentlyAdditional ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and share relevant industry news, trends and case studiesRelationship management with key events suppliers in F1 and motorsport networkDevelop clear and concise internal and external presentations and reportingDemonstrate appropriate behaviours, conduct and professionalism in all inter-personal, written and verbal communicationsTrack time and financial expenses on a day-to-day basisPlease NoteInternational travel will be required in the delivery of client activations and eventsFlexible working applies, a minimum of 3 days a week working from London office requiredWhat You NeedAgency experience is strongly preferredMotorsport (F1) experience, minimum 2yrs requiredMinimum of 5yrs experience delivering first-class hospitality / event programmes for C-suite guestsExperience working on large global brands is preferredExperience in managing multiple team members across multiple work streamsAbility to multi-task;
