My client is a specialist Real Estate lender providing Development and Investment loans for the Hotel's market. Focussing predominately on the UK and some Pan European locations they provide facilities from £10million to £100million.

About the Role

Through continued growth we are now looking for an Associate Director to join the business to support a Senior Director. You will be responsible for structuring, negotiation, credit presentation and execution of new business in addition to leading and managing transactions independently with clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• Hotel Finance experience

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to manage transactions independently
• Experience in credit presentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the UK and Pan European markets
