A leading consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join its Strategic Programme Advisory team, helping senior leaders navigate complexity and deliver impact across some of the most high-profile projects in the country.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has operated close to leadership in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Manager, PMO Lead or Transformation Advisor.

What You’ll Be Doing as Associate Director – Infrastrucutre Programme Advisory:

• Leading strategic engagements across major infrastructure and capital programmes.
• Supporting senior stakeholders with programme strategy, governance, and decision-making.
• Shaping and delivering high-impact advisory work across sectors such as energy, transport, and utilities.
• Co-developing propositions and offers that respond to evolving client needs.
• Building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior programme leaders.
• Crafting compelling narratives and materials that drive clarity and alignment.
• Mentoring and developing high-performing consulting teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Broad experience across complex infrastrucutre programme environments, ideally in consulting or internal strategy roles.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and judgement skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape key decisions.
• Collaborative, low-ego team player with entrepreneurial drive.
• Genuine interest in major projects, leadership, and organisational performance.
• Exposure to regulated sectors (e.g. energy, transport, water).

Package & Benefits:
