Able to succeed in ambiguous and challenging environments.Lead and be accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility. Do this sustainably.Promote inclusive teamwork, build and foster trust with empathy, and support a one-business mindset within Turner & Townsend and with clients.Foster client and industry partnerships, developing and growing relationships.Use leadership influence to bring our purpose and vision to life, expanding impact.Coach and mentor others, encouraging development and nurturing emerging potential.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with diverse personalities across clients and partner organisations; build long-term trusted advisor relationships.Creative, curious, growth mindset; act as a role model and promote inclusive environments.QualificationsBeneficial Experience:Experience of complex and multiple forms of procurement and managing NEC / other form contracts.Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects and programmes in differing environments, ideally multiple sectors.Experience of consultancy and/or client-side project management.Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects / programmes.Preferable Qualifications:Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.Professional affiliation with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution.Project management certification (e.g. APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP).NEC Accreditations or qualifications.CSCS / equivalent.Sustainability (e.g. Carbon Literacy).Safety qualifications / accreditations.Soft skills / leadership certification.Additional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
